GUIDELINES FOR REGISTRATION
Team Mamba Perth was created based on the concept of Mamba Mentality. This was introduced by Kobe Bryant who played for the Los Angeles Lakers for over 10 years. His legacy lives on with the creation of Mambacita Foundation in the USA where thousands of young children are encouraged to better themselves in all aspects of life using Basketball as the instrument.
Team Mamba Perth has adopted this Mentality and our focus is on helping grow young boys and girls who are serious about BasketBall. To ensure that our core focus is not diluted and that we continue to be able to provide the good results, we will have a maximum of 7 players per team and the following forms a set of guidelines for any new interested players:
1. All Interested Players must have either an interest to join a WABL team in the next 12 months or at least have a serious interest in the game of basketball with the intention of playing competitive basketball.
2. All Registered Players must commit to their Teams Training Session - on which you would have been advised of days and times upon being selected.
3. All Registered Players must commit to practicing during their own time : the drills, exercises learnt during training.
4. All Registered Players must have a focused attitude and be objective driven.
5. All Registered Players must commit to competition games, unless there is a medical issue that prevents the player from being able to play, or prior warning has been given so alternative arrangements can be made if required.

A payment may be required once this form has been submitted for Team Mamba Teams (via EFT details below registration form, or via cash at earliest convenience). This could cover the Team Mamba Club Membership ($80.00 payable each season), weekly training sessions if required, as well as a personalised reversible jersey and short set to keep ($70.00). Please note that this does not include the weekly games entry cost (usually around $9.00). Competitions outside of Team Mamba may not incur a fee if covered by Team Mamba sponsor's. You will be advised before receiving this registration if payment is not required.

* You warrant that your child/dependent is of the true and correct age at the time of their account/profile set up and agree that you will, if requested, provide evidence of your child/dependent's age.
* You understand that a refund will not be offered as the personalised uniforms are for the player to keep, and registration costs do not include weekly games.
* You acknowledge and consent to image and videos being used for social media (only in our Team Mamba channels). This is to represent highlights of your child/dependent's basketball skills and not to defame in any way. The player image for our website is provided or approved by the parent/guardian.
* You understand the risks arising in the course of participating in basketball and basketball related activities, including injury and loss or damage of personal property.
